Here’s how actress Priyal Mahajan keeps herself fit and unwinds after a long day at work, says ‘having a fit state of mind is important’Molkki’s Purvi aka Priyal Mahajan believes in not just keeping her body but also her mind fit. The actress reveals how by doing so she does not let the hectic shooting hours take a toll on her health.
Firstly, Priyal speaks about how she manages to keep herself fit amidst the round-the-clock drill of her schedule. She explains “With a tight work schedule, I don’t get time to hit the gym daily. But I always try to use little breaks between shoots to squeeze in a small workout session or do some yoga.”
Furthermore, while emphasizing the true meaning of being fit, Priyal said, “Being healthy and fit has always been my priority because of the industry I work in. From yoga, zumba, weight training to even dancing, I try different methods to keep myself in shape. I believe fitness is not just something limited to one’s body physically. Having a fit state of mind is equally important.”
On the professional front, Priyal was earlier seen in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 as Tapur Basu. However, Molkki is her first project as the leading lady on Indian television.
